Terms of Use

Effective 24 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Weblora for your use of Weblora CareApp. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Not medical advice — and emergencies

Weblora CareApp provides general health and wellbeing information only. It is not a doctor, does not diagnose conditions, and does not prescribe treatment. The Health Assistant uses artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Always follow the advice of a qualified health professional, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read in the app.

In an emergency — such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself — contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the app.

2. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Your account

4. Exercise tips

Exercises are general suggestions, not a personal fitness plan. Read the "Not suitable for" notes, start gently, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath. If you are pregnant, have a health condition, or have had recent surgery, ask a doctor before starting. You exercise at your own risk.

5. Finding a pharmacy

Pharmacy results come from Google Maps. We don't check, endorse or control these pharmacies, and any purchase or delivery is between you and the pharmacy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Third-party content and services

The app links to or embeds services such as YouTube and Google Maps, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change or stop features. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the date above.

9. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Weblora is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing t.oluwaseunofficial@gmail.com.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
